Product images are provided for illustrative purposes. Packaging, appearance and other minor product details may occasionally differ from images displayed online.

3. Prices
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).
The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors where permitted by law.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be communicated during the ordering or checkout process.
4. Orders
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
SMS Products reserves the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, an obvious pricing or product information error has occurred, payment has not been successfully completed, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, any amount due to the customer will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.
5. Payment
Orders must be paid using the payment methods made available through our online store.
Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully authorised or received, as applicable.
6. Shipping and Delivery
SMS Products currently delivers within South Africa.
Our standard dispatch period is 1 to 3 business days after successful payment, subject to stock availability and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Shipping charges are:
Gauteng: R90
Rest of South Africa: R140
Orders over R2,500: Free shipping
Delivery times after dispatch may vary depending on the destination and courier service.

7. Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds, damaged products and incorrect orders are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy and applicable South African consumer law.
Our policies do not exclude or limit any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If irritation or an adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use and seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.
