SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
SMS Products currently delivers orders throughout South Africa.
Dispatch Time
Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after successful payment, subject to stock availability.
Business days exclude weekends and South African public holidays.
Shipping Rates
Our standard courier charges are:
Gauteng: R90
Rest of South Africa: R140
FREE shipping on orders over R2,500
The applicable shipping charge will be shown during checkout.
Delivery Times
Delivery times after dispatch depend on the delivery destination and courier service.
Courier delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside the reasonable control of SMS Products, including public holidays, severe weather, courier delays or other unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, contact name and telephone number when placing an order.
Please check your delivery information carefully before completing your purchase.
If you notice an error in your delivery details, contact us as soon as possible at admin@smsproducts.co.za. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.
Receiving Your Order
Please inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery.
If your parcel arrives damaged, an incorrect product has been supplied, or an item is missing, please contact SMS Products within 48 hours of delivery.
Where possible, please provide your order number and photographs of the parcel, packaging and affected product.
Undeliverable or Uncollected Parcels
If a parcel cannot be delivered because incorrect delivery information was supplied, nobody is available to receive it, or the parcel is otherwise returned to us for reasons attributable to the customer, additional delivery charges may apply before the order can be sent again, subject to applicable law.
Order Tracking
Where tracking information is available, it may be provided once your order has been dispatched.
